Two Way Radio Systems

Using the very latest, state of the art multi-channel radio equipment, Including 4G network radios, we are able to supply your event the communications equipment with or without personal to ensure that important message gets through, whether its for you to speak directly to other colleagues within your organisation team or safety in organising emergency services when you need it most our radio communications deliver, we also have the option to be able to link both 4G & VHF / UHF radios to the same network.

GPS Event Tracking
We are able to supply your company or event with live tracking of your team, Marshals or event competitors. At many events our vast experience has found tracking key individuals such as pace makers and back markers is difficult especially when there is no mobile phone or radio signal.... that is until now!!

We are able to provide your event with a live GPS tracking facility which can be installed into any vehicle, on any person whether they are walking, running, riding a bike or driving a car, this allows event control to track each and every person around an event course or route.

We do not need to retrieve any locations, as this is done for us. The GPS tracker is equipped with a motion detector, meaning a location is sent to our event control at every 60-second intervals whilst moving and at 30-minute intervals when stationary, and following an event all locations can be reviewed for a period of 24 hours.

In todays blame - claim culture, many event organisers are not able to get the permissions from their local council unless they have an independent organisation to run an event control

What do we provide?

This role entails our team setting up a base at your event where all aspects of the event are situated, from first aid cover to event marshals, traffic management and event organisers to boot, having all these key players of the event under one roof allows for a structured and well controlled management team allowing all event information and data being shared between those who can impact on the event immediately, making sure, should an incident arise that this can be logged, and dealt with as quickly as possible, also allowing for a audit trail of any situation

Conference Systems

We have the facility to provide your event with large LCD TV's on stands, this allows you to display results of your event to your competitors or alternatively if allows you to advertise an event schedule
